As an avid lover of all things chocolate and sugary, I am always looking for ways to make healthier versions of my favorite treats. Recently, I discovered Lily's chocolate and am in love! Lily's chocolate is sweetened with stevia and only contains 1 gram of sugar. Yet, it doesn't lack in flavor.
I was craving some chocolate-covered pretzels recently, but I didn't like the look of the nutrition information. I then began researching almond bark and other chocolate melts to see what would fit into my eating plan. Nothing was a good fit. As I sat there mourning my loss of chocolate-covered pretzels, I suddenly realized there was a perfect substitute - Lily's chocolate! I decided right then to buy some pretzels, melt some Lily's milk chocolate chips, and dip them in. They're amazing! I am so happy with my sweet-n-salty treat!
Lily's makes various flavors of baking chips:
white chocolate
milk chocolate
dark chocolate
semi-sweet
chocolate salted caramel
butterscotch
chocolate mint
unicorn swirl
I chose Lily's milk chocolate style baking chips for my pretzels. See below for the super easy recipe. You can also download a FREE recipe card if you would like to have a cutesy reminder of this simple, yet delicious snack!
