I have been on a long search for some great-tasting, healthy sources of protein. Basically, I just want a healthy substitute for a really yummy milkshake or candy bar. Can you really blame me? Haha! I have a few new favorites to add to the list. While I try to stay away from artificial sweeteners, I have listed one option that does contain sucralose. I originally thought it said it contained no artificial sweeteners when I ordered a sample. Apparently, I was wrong. It's still so yummy and convenient that I had to list it. It just so happens to be the first item on my list for today.
VADE Nutrition - This is the best tasting shake I have ever had! I usually blend mine with unsweetened vanilla almond milk, but this one tastes amazing after just being shaken in a shaker cup. It is extremely convenient to take with you, as it is wrapped in dissolvable film that is made of 100% food ingredients. Be aware that it does contain sucralose. WW Protein Powder- The best part of this protein powder is that it doesn't contain any artificial sweeteners, and it tastes like a frothy shake. It isn't overly sweet. They have chocolate and vanilla options.
