Funny story: When I was a little girl, I often visited my Grandma Evie. She gave me Reese's cups, because they were my favorite treat. During one visit while eating a Reese's cup, I said, "Grandma Evie - I don't like peanut butter."
Cue the laughter. I have heard this story more times than I can count. Needless to say, I love peanut butter. Put it on a spoon, on a cracker, on chocolate, in a protein bar, pie, or cake - I'll eat it. But when I was a child, I only liked peanut butter one way - with chocolate. The peanut butter/chocolate combination is still something I can't live without for very long.
I recently started Weight Watchers, so I dug this peanut butter pie recipe out of my binder. It used to be one of my favorites! IT STILL IS!
It's so easy! Just mix it, pour it, cool it, and serve it. Without further ado, here' s the recipe. I hope it brings you as much joy as it has brought me when I'm craving that amazing chocolatey-peanut butter taste!
