Budget-Friendly Father's Day Gifts

Dads play such an important role in the lives of their children. Father's Day is just one of the many days we should recognize the fathers that have been there for us throughout our lives. If you're blessed to have an amazing dad that is still on this earth, I hope you will take time to celebrate him this Father's Day. Likewise, if your children have a wonderful dad, I hope you will thank him for being so good to them.

Whether you're on a tight budget, looking for some last-minute gift ideas, or just want to create something that will light up dad's smile, I've got some great ideas for the special fathers in your life.

1. PERSONALIZED COLORING BOOK

My personal favorite is this adorable, customizable, FREE coloring book from Hooray Heroes! This company has the sweetest personalized books you can get, but they also share lots of amazing freebies! This one is a FREE personalized coloring book.

You can choose the father's name and features. You will then get an instant download of personalized sheets for your child to color. This is a sweet, sentimental gift that only requires a printer and your child's imagination!

2. HOMEMADE COUPON BOOK

Would it really be Father's Day without a homemade coupon book from the kids? I think it's kind of a right of passage. So, I created a FREE Father's Day coupon book. There are two different versions to choose from. Each version contains the same coupons, but the clipart is different. Each download also contains a page of blank coupons, so you can create your own if desired. In under 5 minutes, your child can create the sweetest little gift for only the cost of paper and ink.

3. CANDY BAR CARD

They say the way to a man's heart is through his stomach, right? If that's the case, I've got the perfect gift idea for the special dad in your life. You can create an original candy bar card. I have seen many versions done. If you can't find certain candies, you can create your own. Here's an example I made below. Write or type the message and glue or tape the candy to the card. It's a card and a gift all in one. It's also a very sweet gift, both literally and figuratively. ;)

I hope this post gives you some ideas of things to give the special dads in your life.

Happy Gifting!
