With the current popularity of smartphone apps, what better way to track your health than by using an app? The following apps are wonderful ways to track your exercise, food, weight, sleep, and more. Some even earn you money.
Evidation
Evidation is an app where you can earn points for learning about health and creating healthy habits. You can use the app to track your sleep, steps, and mood. You can then cash in your points for payment. It's nice to know I can get paid for doing something good for myself. I have also learned a lot about various health conditions using the app.

Fooducate
Fooducate is an excellent app to use when grocery shopping. If you see a new food but don't like reading the whole nutrition label, open your Fooducate app and scan the barcode. The app will then give you a rating of the food's health. It also lists reasons foods might not be classified as healthy, such as artificial sweeteners, trans fats, etc. You can even use the app to track your food as well. You can learn more about the app here.
Fastic
The Fastic app is an amazing app that you can use to track intermittent fasting. This is a great way to lose weight or improve your health. Click here to learn what you can achieve using the Fastic app.
FitOn
This app provides unlimited access to some of the world's best free workouts from celebrity trainers. Workouts include cardio, strength, HIIT, toning, yoga, stretching, pilates, and more. This app is always at your fingertips when you are ready to get your move on. Click here to get started.
Fitbit
It is incredible how much my walking increases when I wear a step tracker. As long as it encourages you to walk more, I don't think it matters which brand you get. I chose Fitbit because I like to compete with friends, and I like the style of the trackers. The battery in my old one wasn't charging correctly, and it was getting cumbersome to wear while typing, so my husband got me a new Fitbit Luxe for an early anniversary present! I love it so much! You can check it out here.
Healthi
This is my new favorite health app! It has replaced WW (Weight Watchers) at a fraction of the cost. You can choose from various eating plans, such as low sugar, low carb, high protein, etc. There is a community full of people cheering you on and even weekly meetings if you choose to attend. Your plan allows you a certain number of bites, similar to the points on WW. You can then decide to eat any food if it fits within your allotted number of bites. You can also connect it to other health apps, such as Fitbit. Tracking food is a tremendous help when trying to lose weight. I highly recommend this app!
