If you've been around Sierra's Simple Home for very long, you know I love earning extra money in my free time. If you have a smartphone or tablet, there are some amazing apps that you can use to earn money for everything from surveys and courses to research and data sharing. While some of these apps pay better than others, I am of the mindset that every penny adds up. You can also earn extra points/cash for certain apps when you use my referral code/link. 1. Surveys on the Go - Download the app here

This app offers surveys and product tests that pay well for the amount of time needed to complete them. It's a very simple app to use. Even if you aren't eligible to complete a survey, you will get a small amount of money for attempting it. You can cash out via Paypal or Venmo, or you can earn a little extra money by choosing to receive gift cards instead. You can even choose to donate the earnings to charity if you so choose. You can cash out when you reach $10, which usually doesn't take very long.

This is another app that offers you money in exchange for completing surveys. You get a BONUS when you use my referral code at sign-up. Cashout begins at $10.

3. Evidation - Download the App Here

At Evidation, you earn cash for completing surveys and reading articles related to health. In keeping track of your sleep habits, mood, exercise routine, and more, you can learn how your body reacts to these healthy or unhealthy habits. It's a great way to motivate yourself to be healthier and earn a little cash too!

4. Qmee - Download the App Here

At Qmee, you earn cash for completing surveys. There's no minimum amount required to cash out. You can cash out immediately following each survey if you choose. You can also earn bonus streaks for completing surveys multiple days in a row.

5. Gauge - Download the App Here

Gauge is another survey app you can use to earn extra cash on the go. While there aren't currently a lot of surveys, they are worth the money when you receive an invite.

6. Premise - Download the App Here

Premise has multiple options for earning money from completing surveys to conducting interviews to taking pictures of products at nearby retail locations. You can cash out when you earn at least $10, which usually doesn't take very long.

7. Curious Cat- Download the App Here

Curious Cat has surveys you can complete anywhere you take your mobile phone. This one doesn't pay a lot, but it's something you can do when you're bored if you need a little extra cash.

8. Viewpoints - Download the App Here

Facebook Viewpoints is an app where you can help improve the user experience on this social media platform by completing activities, such as rating ads. It pays well, and they usually only offer you jobs they know you are qualified for. It's a great little gig.

9. BrandBee - Download the App Here

At BrandBee, you can earn cash just by sharing data from your phone (that you're probably already sharing anyway). You can also complete surveys. Cash-out begins at just $1.

10. Eureka - Download the App Here (Referral Code: BV743T)

At Eureka, you can earn cash for surveys. While it doesn't pay a lot, it's another option for earning a few extra dollars anytime you're board.

AtraPoll is another survey app where you can earn extra money. Be sure to use my referral code for the best sign-up experience.

12. CashCamel - Download the App Here

At CashCamel, you can again complete surveys on your phone. The surveys are interesting, and you can cash out at just $5.

13. Clickworker - Download the App Here

Clickworker is a more lucrative money-earning app than most. There are tons of job options from mystery shopping to surveys to data entry and much, much, much more.

14. InboxDollars - Download the App Here

InboxDollars is another great way to earn cash by completing various activities. These range from completing surveys to watching videos to playing games and more. You can even get great deals like free trials of streaming services or physical products.

15. LifePoints - Download the App Here

LifePoints is one of my favorite survey sites with an app. You can choose to cash out via gift card or Paypal. The surveys are usually interesting, and you can be chosen for recurring studies that pay extra well.

The Pogo app is a way to earn money just for shopping. You can link your e-mail and online shopping accounts to earn cash back when you shop. You only need to earn $3 to cash out.

Fluz is an app where you can earn cash back when you shop online. You can earn $5 quickly just by setting up your account!

18. Camus - Download the App Here

If you want to improve your mental health while earning points toward prizes, Camus is a great option. You earn points each time you complete activities that improve your mental health, like journaling. There are many prize options to choose from.

19. Pawns.app - Download the App Here

The Pawns app pays you just for using your phone. Companies collect your data without your permission, so why not get paid for it? The minimum payout is $5, but all you have to do is download the app and start earning.

20. Amazon Shopper Panel - Download the App Here

One of the best gigs I have found for earning money through an app is Amazon Shopper Panel. Simply upload 10 receipts per month to earn $10. You can earn an extra $2 per month by sharing your Amazon shopping history. You can also earn a few more dollars by completing 15-second surveys on the app a few times each month. Payment comes in the form of Amazon credit. I usually get between $13 and $15 a month using this app, and the total time commitment is less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend this one!

21.Zogo - Download the App Here (Referral Code: SIERRAM72)

Zogo is such a fun app for earning money. It is a financial literacy app that teaches you about all things money-related. You read the short blurbs of information, take quizzes, and earn money. You can choose from lots of gift card options.

22.Debt Debbie - Download the App Here

Debt Debbie is an app that actually pays you to get out of debt! When you make payments on your debt and add to your savings, you earn tokens that turn into cash. You also earn money by learning about controlling your finances and passing short quizzes related to those lessons. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised at just how much you can earn by using it to gain money and pay off debt so your interest is lower.
