If you missed my first post about WW, You can click here to read about my progress during the first two weeks.
Today, I am giving a one month update of my progress on WW (Weight Watchers). During the first four weeks, I lost a total of 15 lbs! I worked out almost every single day, and I stayed within my allotted food points budget. I still haven't gotten my sleep schedule perfected, but I am trying to show myself some grace and take it one day at a time.
Sleep is so important for your health. Yet, I am still having trouble getting to sleep early enough. I plan to try wearing my blue light glasses at night to see if this helps. I also want to develop a Calming nighttime routine to help myself destress and relax. Stay tuned for future updates.
I also got another surprise in the mail! I received my 10 lb. weight loss charm. It feels so good, and I can't wait until I earn my next charm!
I have also enjoyed trying some of the Weight Watchers snacks. In a future post, I will be sharing some of my favorite and not so favorite WW Snacks. These tools help me stay within my points budget while allowing me to have some treats. You really don't have to completely deprive yourself to get healthier and slimmer. Balance is so important when trying to live a healthy lifestyle. It is so easy to go too far on either spectrum - binging and emotional eating or becoming sick with an eating disorder. It all boils down to finding what works for you. Whatever plan you choose, just make sure it is something you can stick with for the long-term and that it isn't hurting your body.
I'll be back with another update soon. If you've been struggling with your weight or health and want to give WW a try, you can click the link below to try it FREE for one month. What have you got to lose...besides weight? I would be happy to help you in any way I can. We truly do achieve more together.
Wishing you all the best on your journey of weight loss and self-acceptance,
